The PERFORMANCE & RECOVER Blueprint follows the MAP Protocol (Maximize, Adapt, Prosper)βwhere each pillar (PING, PRIME, RELEASE, and RECOVER) plays a critical role in keeping athletes strong, pain-free, and competition-ready.
PERFORMANCE Sessions (Sundays | 1200 - 1330): Unlock restricted muscle fibers, expand joint space, and enhance speed, power, and explosiveness.
RECOVER Sessions (Wednesdays and Fridays | 1200 - 1300): Reduce pain, restore movement, accelerate healing, and prevent injuries before they happen.

6-Week Full Body Stretch Program
Unlock movement, eliminate pain, and enhance performance with our 6-week full-body stretch program. Designed for both returning and new participants, this program refines flexibility using Abundance Pathwaysβ MAP Protocol in combination with the UHP ROM 24 method. Each session includes PRIMING drills and full-body muscle-lengthening to enhance physical efficiency, PERFORMANCE, and RECOVERY.
